Currently the Fitness Centre is divided into two parts: Fitness 1 is downstairs in the Silom Wing with extensive cardio equipment including treadmills, bicycles, cross-trainers, stepper, and a rowing machine. Fitness 2 is on the first floor with free weights and weight training equipment including a range of training tools such as fit balls and medical balls.
When Phase 2 of the Poolside Redevelopment Project opens at the end of 2021 it will feature a large new first floor Fitness Centre overlooking the Swimming Pool and the Club grounds. There will be three zones: Free Weights, Functional Training and Cardio.
The Fitness Centres Monday to Friday 10:00pm Saturday and Sunday 9:00pm
